The training contract consists of four six-month seats, one of which will be finance and another is guaranteed to be spent overseas in one of our offices across America, Europe, Asia, Africa or the Middle East. We have grown into a billion dollar business because our clients recognise we have lawyers with the talent and imagination to do the difficult deals and in the difficult places, across the globe. Our global network consists of more than 2,000 legal staff worldwide. In our London office we have more than 350 legal staff, employ over 500 people in total and aim to recruit between 25 to 30 trainees each year.
