At the heart of the firm is the Corporate Department which has acknowledged expertise in international securities work, strong links with venture capital houses and has acted in relation to several privatisations. We also have a strong local reputation in several important specialist areas including Banking & Finance, Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Telecoms, Employment and Pensions.

The training contract consists of four six-month seats, including one seat in the firm's corporate department. The firm offers a range of secondment opportunities to overseas offices, including Sydney, Hong Kong, Brussels, Tokyo and Moscow.

Each year we recruit approximately 30 vacation students and 38 trainee solicitors from both law and non law backgrounds. We are currently recruiting for training contracts beginning in September 2013 and March 2014.
